Billing Process

• Electricity bills are generated and issued on a monthly basis by the Accounts Department.
• Billing is carried out in accordance with the applicable tariff and consumption records.

Duplicate Bills

• In case of loss or non-receipt, consumers can request a duplicate copy of the bill.
• Duplicate bills will be provided upon request through the concerned department.
