To facilitate financial arrangements for investors, United Business Park (UBP) SEZ provides a streamlined process for obtaining permission to mortgage property.

Application Process

Applicants are required to submit a formal request including:

• Application for issuance of Permission to Mortgage
• Clearly mention the name of the bank and its branch for which the permission is required

The application must be submitted to the Marketing Department.

Approval & Issuance

• The request will be reviewed and processed by the relevant department.
• Upon successful verification, the Legal Department will issue the Permission to Mortgage.
