Map (Building Plan) Approval

United Business Park (UBP) SEZ

UBP SEZ provides a well-defined process for obtaining Building Plan (Map) Approval, ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved standards and regulations.

Application Requirements

Applicants must submit a complete application along with the following documents:

• Application form for approval of construction drawings
• Copy of Possession Slip, Agreement to Sell, and Possession Letter
• Three (03) sets of submission drawings (Ammonia Prints), including:
  • Architectural drawings
  • Structural drawings
  • Electrical drawings
• Soft copy of original drawings (CD or digital format)
• Architectural Certificate issued by a registered architect (with valid registration from Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners)
• Structural Stability Certificate issued by a qualified engineer (registered with Pakistan Engineering Council)
• Signed and stamped UBP SEZ By-Laws by both the owner and architect
• Soil Test Report
• Environmental Clearance Certificate or acknowledgment from the Environmental Protection Agency
• Contractor’s Certificate
• Project Work Schedule

Review & Approval

• The submitted drawings and documents will be carefully reviewed by the concerned department.
• Approval will be granted after successful scrutiny and compliance with all applicable by-laws and regulations.

Permission for Construction

• Construction activities will only be permitted after:
  • Approval of the submitted building plans
  • Payment of the applicable Map Approval Fee
