Completion Certificate

 

United Business Park (UBP) SEZ

 

UBP SEZ provides a structured process for issuing a Completion Certificate to ensure that industrial units comply with all regulatory, safety, and operational standards.

Application Requirements

Applicants can apply for a Completion Certificate after the factory has been operational for at least three (03) months. The application must include:

  • Three (03) sets of as-built drawings (Ammonia Prints) signed by the owner and architect
  • Soft copy of as-built drawings (CD or digital format)
  • Environmental Clearance Certificate from the relevant authority
  • Firefighting system plan along with compliance certificate
  • Social Security Registration Certificate
  • EOBI Registration Certificate
  • Insurance Registration Certificate
  • Labour Welfare Registration Certificate
  • Electrical Industrial Design (signed and stamped by a PEC-registered engineer — Pakistan Engineering Council)
  • Structural Stability Certificate (as per applicable by-laws)

Inspection & Evaluation

  • The submitted case will be reviewed by the concerned department.
  • A physical inspection of the factory will be conducted to verify compliance with approved plans and safety standards.

Approval Process

  • After successful inspection, the case will be forwarded for approval by the competent authority.
  • Upon approval, the process for issuance of the Completion Certificate will be finalized.

Issuance

  • The Completion Certificate will be formally issued after final approval by the relevant authority.
