UBP SEZ facilitates the formal transfer of property ownership through a structured Sale Deed issuance process, ensuring legal transparency and compliance.

Application Process

To initiate the process, the applicant must submit:

• A formal request for issuance of the Sale Deed
• Copy of the Completion Certificate of the respective plot

The application should be submitted to the Legal Department.

Fee Payment

• Applicants are required to pay the applicable Sale Deed processing/signing fee as per defined regulations.

Execution of Sale Deed

• Upon completion of documentation and payment formalities:
  • The Sale Deed will be executed and signed between the customer and UBP SEZ.
